Michael Samson

Managing Director /Licensee Michael completed over 18 years as a very successful Commercial Electrician. Michael was named “The Apprentice of the Year” three times during his training and lead teams of electricians on major commercial developments in both South East Queensland and Far North Queensland. It was during these periods of employment that he fell in love with Port Douglas and decided to make it the place to reside and bring his young family.
Michael became the principal of L J Hooker Port Douglas in 2004, and has made the transition into Real Estate with the same determination and quiet achievement that he has shown in his previous career. Michael has been recognised as the 2nd highest sales income producer in the L J Hooker Far North Queensland Region. He leads a dedicated and professional sales team that constantly has over 30% share of total Real Estate Sales in the Region as well a well respected Property Investment Management Team.
