Luke joined the LJ Hooker team in 2016 as the Business Systems Operator and is responsible for the operation of the Move CRM which is used to manage all Listings and Sales, as well as the operation of several other software tools for marketing and administration.
The BSO is responsible for tasks such as uploading listings to the internet, managing changes to those listings, communications with clients, management of contracts, managing advertising accounts and various other daily tasks necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Office, its staff and clients. You may never have need to meet the BSO, but be assured the management of your listing is being taken care of by a trained professional assisting your sales agent daily to market your property to its full potential.
Luke has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, majoring in software development and has a strong focus on innovation, often creating new tools to save time and improve procedures. He has quickly become the office’s very own IT guru and an indispensable member of our team.
