Terms and Conditions

Who Can Enter

Open to property owners whose property is located within the Douglas Shire who request a sales or rental appraisal with LJ Hooker Port Douglas during the promotional period. 

Eligible Locations

The property subject to the appraisal must be located within the Douglas Shire, Mareeba Shire and surrounds.

How to Enter

Simply book and complete a property appraisal with our team in May or June to automatically receive one entry into the draw.

Promotion Period

Entries are valid for appraisals conducted between 1 May 2026 and 30 June 2026.

Prize Details

Each month, one winner will receive a $250 fuel voucher.

Draw & Notification

Winners will be drawn at the end of each month and contacted directly using the details provided at the time of booking.

Property size assessment

A full assessment of your total property size (incl. outdoors areas, no. of bedrooms) and how this compares to neighbouring properties in terms of rental value‎

Location assessment

An assessment of your property's location, its proximity to local attractions, nearby amenities & how this increases attractiveness to tenants‎

An update on market conditions and recent local sales

An analysis of current market trends and the performance of similar rental properties in the area, and subsequently how much rent you could expect to get for your property.‎
